I was born and lived my first 20 years in South Holland, Illinois and moved to Schererville, Indiana. This is my 22nd year of coaching and my 10th as a head coach. My Philosophy is "Do what's right even when nobody is watching."

I am a 2013 alum who grew up in Hegewisch, this is my 7th season coaching the team. I love being able to help rebuild the program I was once on!

East Chicago born and bread, St. Stan’s, BNI and ND grad. Coaches three different sports at Noll. Have been involved with numerous Conference, League, Sectional, Regional and Semi-State Championships and four State Championships and one Runner’s Up. Have been the Head Coach of BNI hockey for over 20 years, with a break in there. My coaching philosophy has many facets and much detail, but maybe it can be summarized like this… Improvement Every Day in all aspects of being a Student-Athlete

Been Coaching Tennis for 5 years, My philosophy as a coach is to develop competitive, disciplined, resilient, and respectful student-athletes while creating a team culture where every player feels valued, challenged, and supported.

I live in Hammond, Indiana and have more than a decade of experience coaching Cross Country / Track and Field. My philosophy is to put the individual first, student second, and athlete last while helping each person develop confidence, discipline, character, and athletic ability. Outside of coaching, I am a husband and proud father of two, and my hobbies include running—because coaching runners apparently isn’t enough running for me.

I am Alec Rodriguez from the Hegewisch neighborhood on the Southeast side of Chicago and Bishop Noll Class of 2011. I was previously the JV Head Coach for 3 seasons and the Varsity Head Coach since the 2024-2025 Season. Our coaching staff believes in honoring the legacy of Family and Tradition Bishop Noll Baseball that has lasted for over a 100 years. We challenge our team to commit to the process of excellence, discipline, exercising Mind, Body, Soul, and using the lessons from the game of Baseball to grow and mature into men.
